A-Lab news released in Elements article

Yesterday, Lawrence Berkeley National Lab’s news center, Elements, published a news release, written by Lauren Biron, published an article unveiling the A-Lab, an automated lab constructed by members of the Ceder group that employs robots guided by artificial intelligence to rapidly synthesize and characterize new materials. This exciting project funded by the DOE’s Office of Science and Laboratory Directed Research & Development (LDRD) Program is the first fully automated lab built for solid-state synthesis, offering the potential to fundamentally alter the way scientists think about and conduct research.
